Ijeoma Alexander Uwaeme | Chief Financial Officer
Ijeoma has garnered experience traversing 22 years of her career across various Financial Institutions. Her know-how in the financial sector spans through banking operations, treasury operations, credit analysis, and marketing. She also has experience in corporate, commercial and business banking. She has worked in Allstates Trust Bank (currently Ecobank Plc), Diamond Bank Plc (prior to its acquisition by Access Bank), and Access Bank Plc. She has professionally held sensitive positions such as Assistant General Manager, Acting Group Head, and Zonal Head in Commercial and Business Banking.
She has also served on various business development and strategy committees in the different institutions. Her passion for the success of businesses and customer relationship management skills earned her several awards. This also entrusted leadership responsibilities upon her early in her career.
Ijeoma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a Master’s degree in Marketing, both from the University of Lagos. She has attended various courses spanning marketing, leadership, public speaking, etc. She recently concluded a leading change course 2018–A CSML course at Harvard Graduate School of Education/ Harvard Business School.
